To craft and implement our employee ownership model across our collection of companies, Phoenix3 worked with Ownership Works, a nonprofit organization founded by Peter Stavros, co-head of Global Private Equity at KKR, to advance the concept of shared ownership. Ownership Works is on a mission to increase prosperity through shared ownership at work. By 2030, Ownership Works aims to generate at least $20 billion of wealth for workers and create hundreds of thousands of new employee-owners. Restaura is proud to be the first contract food and dining management services organization to work with Ownership Works to share ownership with all our employees.

Having Pride of Ownership means caring and making decisions for something as if it were your own. Our innovative shared ownership program gives over 30% of each company in our portfolio to associates in the form of ownership shares.
