Rich Daehn brings more than 35 years of experience in culinary operations, and hospitality. As a highly seasoned leader, with deep expertise in operations. Before founding Quality Culinary Solutions (QCS), Rich served as VP of Culinary Services, a role in which he oversaw a vast network of 40 campuses and 72 buildings. Prior to that, he honed his skills by leading culinary operations at the nation’s second-largest senior care community. Rich is also an expert in kitchen design and new program development, with a proven ability to build and scale top-tier culinary programs from the ground up, ensuring every project starts with a foundation of operational excellence and innovation leading to an exceptional guest experience.
