Summer Menegakis is a strategic operator and brand builder with more than 15 years of experience leading foodservice program transformations spanning healthcare, senior living, and corporate settings. Her experience includes leadership roles in marketing, business operations, branding and business development at Sodexo, Unidine, CCL Hospitality, and Boston Children’s Hospital. She has managed national go-to-market strategies, launched award-winning campaigns, and guided enterprise transformation across multiple verticals. Summer received the 2023 Future Leaders Awards from Senior Housing News.

She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island College of Business and received an MBA from Simmons University.
