Christopher Sands is an experienced Corporate Finance Executive with a strong background in leading innovative, game-changing science and technology companies. He brings unique expertise to Phoenix3 Holdings, including insight into financial operations and reporting, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence and metrics, public and private capital markets, M&A, and digital transformation.
Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer of MineralTree, a fintech company leading the way in AP automation, until its sale in 2021. He previously held senior finance positions at ThermoFisher Scientific and EnerNOC, following several years of investment banking and equity research experience at Barclays and J.P. Morgan.
Chris currently serves as Chief Finance Officer of IntelyCare, a digital labor platform transforming healthcare workforce management through AI-based technology.
Chris earned a BS from Lehigh University with majors in Finance, Accounting, and Economics and an MBA from the University of Virginia. He is a CPA and CFA charterholder.
