Peter Carabillo is a strategic people and business leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change. As Chief People Officer at Phoenix3 Collective, Peter brings a unique combination of executive-level human resources leadership, business operations, and technology expertise to align people, processes, and business strategy to drive sustainable growth and organizational impact.

Throughout his career, Peter has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams and leaders, helping organizations navigate complex people, operational, and business challenges. His experience spans human resources, organizational development, talent strategy, operations, and technology, providing a broad perspective on how people and process improvement work together to strengthen organizational performance, efficiency, and scalability.

Peter began his career in human resources and operations in the retail industry and progressed through senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Operations. His leadership experience spans healthcare, senior living, hospitality, professional services, and other multi-site and nationally distributed organizations.

He believes the strongest organizations are built by creating clarity of purpose, developing great leaders, investing in people, and continuously challenging the way work gets done.
