Marc Hinson is a seasoned Chief People Officer with more than three decades of experience building people-first cultures across the hospitality, restaurant, and real estate industries. His career spans some of the country’s most recognized multi-concept restaurant brands, including Tavistock Restaurants, bartaco, Smokey Bones, Legal Sea Foods, and The Palm Restaurant Group where he has consistently translated HR and people strategy into measurable business outcomes. With deep expertise in organizational development, talent acquisition, and workforce transformation, Marc brings both operational fluency and a genuine passion for the people behind the brands he serves.
As Chief People Officer at Phoenix3 Collective, Marc is responsible for building and scaling a high-performance, ownership-driven culture that empowers teams at every level.
He is a graduate of James Madison University and a Certified Sommelier.
