Deb Allen is a dynamic talent acquisition leader with a proven track record of success managing large-scale and specialized hiring activities in healthcare, technology, foodservice and financial services. In her most recent role at KPMG, Deb executed the firm’s full life-cycle recruitment process nationally across service lines and business units. Her work included leadership of the KPMG Career Mobility Program for internal employee career growth, as well as external talent sourcing. Prior to KPMG, Deb held a variety of strategic staffing and recruitment solutions roles for senior managers, consultants, and customers, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Unidine.
