Phoenix3 Holdings Acquires Controlling Interest in Infuse Hospitality

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Phoenix3 Holdings today announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Infuse Hospitality, LLC, a national operator of elevated workplace dining and amenity services. The investment strengthens Phoenix3 Holdings’ growing collection of boutique culinary and hospitality companies.

In conjunction with the acquisition, Paul Fairhead, former CEO of Guckenheimer, has been named Chief Executive Officer of Infuse Hospitality. A former chef and seasoned executive, Fairhead brings more than 25 years of global hospitality experience to the role.
